Hi! I’m Kirbie, the heart behind Avery & Skaii Paper Co. — a home-based stationery shop nestled in the colorful suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama.

I’m a stationery designer who loves bringing my ideas to life one design at a time. Outside of creating, I’m a proud dog mom to two spoiled senior pups, a devoted auntie, and a total sucker for all things romance and sci-fi fantasy. When I’m not at my 9–5 or diving into another design course, you’ll usually find me surrounded by paper goods, fonts, and fresh ideas. Designing stationery is my happy place, a creative escape from the chaos of everyday life.

I first began this journey back in 2023 with a small holiday collection focused on Christmas. Life took a few unexpected turns, as it often does, but I found my way back — starting small and creating from the heart. As a proud member of a D9 Organization, I wanted to brighten up my workspace, which led to designing a few custom pieces for myself. That sparked interest from friends, family, and Sorors, and what started as small personal projects gradually grew into something more.

At Avery & Skaii, everything I create is rooted in joy and intention. Whether it’s semi-custom stationery for Divine Nine sororities or everyday notepads for the multitasking woman juggling work, school, family, and life — I believe in thoughtful, meaningful design that uplifts and celebrates the beauty in the everyday.
